Curing of spraying equipment is a key process in the process of spraying operation, which has a great impact on the physical and chemical properties of the coating film, and the curing process requirements must be strictly implemented.

First, the curing process conditions of spraying equipment. Each powder coating has corresponding specifications and curing process requirements. This process refers to the temperature and time at which the powder coating film is baked in the oven. The curing time requirements of spray equipment are very strict, it must be the temperature of the workpiece coating film to reach the curing temperature to start calculating the time, this period must be kept warm according to the regulations. It is important to control the length of curing time. The time is too short, the curing is not complete, the film-forming performance is not good, especially the mechanical properties are poor; If the time is too long, heat aging may occur, the coating film will produce color difference, and the physical properties may also change.

The second requirement for ovens or drying tunnels. The oven or drying tunnel is equipped with heat preservation and hot air circulation devices, which can make the temperature in the whole oven or drying tunnel uniform. The workpiece placed in the oven must leave enough pores between the workpiece and the workpiece to circulate hot air, so as to prevent the coating film from being cured 1 and the lower half is in a "sandwich" state, or the lower half is completely cured and the upper half is "overheated". Because the temperature of the upper half of the oven or drying tunnel is always higher than the temperature of the lower half, the above drawbacks can only be overcome after being equipped with a hot air circulation device.

Third cooling. The workpiece needs to be cooled after curing. Cooling methods include air cooling, water cooling and oil cooling. In production, the corresponding cooling method should be selected according to the powder variety and different specifications of the workpiece. Some workpieces are taken out of the oven and cooled naturally or cooled with the furnace, this cooling method is called air cooling; After the workpiece is taken out of the oven, it is immediately put into water or oil for cooling, which is called water cooling or oil cooling. There are also some powder varieties after film formation cooling speed should not be too fast, such as the use of sharp cooling, the edge of the coating film will shrink and deform, affecting the overall appearance and quality of the coating film.

Fourth post-processing. Post-treatment refers to the finishing, repair and post-heat treatment of the coating film after curing of spraying equipment.

Finishing refers to removing the covering material, trimming the workpiece, removing screws and fixtures, and stripping off the protective layer of the covering. At this time, it is strictly prevented from scratching and damaging the coating film. Repair generally refers to the repair method that can be used for damaged coating film within the allowable scope after the coating film is damaged during the coating construction. In principle, repainting should be carried out; The place that needs to be resprayed is polished with sandpaper, resprayed with an electrostatic spray gun and solidified in the oven.
