(1) Equipment operators must be proficient in the structure, performance and operation and maintenance methods of various machinery, and be used by special personnel and responsible for special personnel.

(2) When operating woodworking machinery, work clothes should be worn, cuffs should be tightened, female comrades must wear work caps, and braids should be put into the cap; Do not wear gloves, scarves, etc. to operate.

(3) Before the machinery starts to work, it must be tested and the components can only start working after they operate normally. Note: If one or two ignitions do not work; Turn the burner fan empty for a while and exhaust the gas in the furnace before the second test run.

(4) Shafts, chains, pulleys, belts and other running parts of the equipment should be equipped with protective covers and protective plates.

(5) If there is any abnormal situation or other faults during the operation of the machinery, the power supply should be cut off immediately and stopped for maintenance.

(6) Most of the equipment is flammable, and smoking should be strictly prohibited.

(7) When debugging and maintaining equipment, the total power supply must be cut off.
